Terry Hildebrandt is a catalyst for individuals and organizations to realize their full potential by providing facilitation, coaching, and organizational consulting. He equips you with the self-awareness, tools, and processes to reach your goals!

Terry has over 14 years of coaching experience. He has dedicated a large portion of his career to executive coaching and organization development.  He has worked with companies and organizations in multiple industries including high tech, manufacturing, professional services, insurance, energy, government, schools, and nonprofit. He works primarily with mid-level and senior executives including members of the executive committee, board chairs, chief executive officers, vice presidents, directors, and selected promising leaders. 
He has worked with the leaders of global business units and their teams to design and implement organizational change initiatives resulting in increased revenue, greater market share, improved executive team effectiveness, and alignment of organizational culture with new business strategies. Terry is an expert in the principles of evidence based coaching, which involves using the best existing theoretical and researched knowledge, in combination with his personal coaching skills and knowledge of the client, to develop and deliver an effective coaching engagement.

Terry was formerly at Hewlett-Packard Company for over 22 years where he served in several positions including Master Level Internal Consultant, Reengineering Manager, Business Manager, Production Manager, Sr. Quality Consultant, Manufacturing Development Engineer, and Quality Engineer. He has worked in Germany, Israel, Singapore, Malaysia, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, and the United States.

Terry is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), a certified Evidence Based Coach from the Fielding Graduate University, a Social & Emotional Intelligence Certified Coach from the Institute for Social & Emotional Intelligence (ISEI), a Certified Productivity Coach, a Book Yourself Solid® Certified Coach from Michael Port, and a Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC) Full Member. His company is a qualified HUBZone small business concern (SBC) with the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Terry earned his Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science from Rice University. He holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Design and Effectiveness and a Master’s degree in Human Development from the Fielding Graduate University. He has also completed Fielding’s Certificate in Integral Studies and the Certificate in Evidence Based Coaching. Terry is also currently a PhD Candidate at Fielding studying Human and Organizational Systems.

Susan Voynow
Susan Voynow, MA, PhD

Susan Voynow is an executive coach with strong academic credentials and a decade of coaching experience. Susan has a long list of successful engagements with C-suite leaders, vice presidents, directors and other executives. She has helped clients increase their resilience, creativity and focus, and to remove obstacles to meeting their objectives. She has worked with executives on a wide range of issues including increasing leadership effectiveness, enhancing executive presence, creating high functioning teams and reducing stress. She has coached executives in a number of industries, including oil and gas, biotech, pharmaceutical, insurance, education and healthcare.

Susan has worked internally, as well as consulted to, pharmaceutical and biotech companies in the areas of sales, marketing, market research, strategic planning, business development and obtaining venture capital for startup companies. She has researched and developed recommendations to inform decisions regarding technology acquisition, licensing, product planning and product launch. She serves as a coach and consultant to several leadership training and organizational development groups, including KornFerry International, the preeminent global executive coaching, training and talent management firm.

She has served as adjunct faculty at several universities, including Tufts Medical School, Iowa State University, the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and Naropa University. She was a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard Medical School and was affiliated with Nobel laureate Walter Gilbert’s group while doing undergraduate research at Harvard.

Susan has published in the New York Academy of Sciences and the Journal of Virology. She has presented at Cornell University, Iowa State University, Tufts Medical School, Harvard Medical School and NYU Medical School as well as at conferences on bioethics and biotechnology.

She holds a PhD in Molecular Biology/Microbiology from the Sackler Graduate School at Tufts Medical School, an MA in Clinical Psychology from the Fielding University, and a BA in English Literature from the University of Pennsylvania.


Christina Tangora Schlachter
Christina Tangora Schlachter, MA, PhD, PMP

Christina has more than a decade of experience as a facilitator, coach and trainer consulting on leadership development, strategic change, team development, and results driven process excellence.  She has worked with multi-national corporations both globally and in the US to develop and deploy a variety of organizational tools including readiness assessments, communication plans, role mapping, and talent retention plans.  Some of her recent clients include the US Department of Veteran Affairs, where she created curriculum and facilitated training; the State of Colorado, where she created an ethical leadership training; and Stanford University, where she developed a coaching program for professional and administrative staff.  She is an adjunct lecturer at CSU on ethical leadership and is a guest lecturer at Stanford University. She is also a national board member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Christina is certified in DiSC® Leadership and Team Styles.  She is an Interaction Associates Certified Facilitation Instructor, Facilitation Train the Trainer Instructor, Change Acceleration Program Instructor, a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and a Six Sigma Black Belt. 

She has a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University, an MA in Education from Stanford University, an MA in Human and Organizational Systems from the Fielding Graduate University, and a BS in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami.


Terry Young
Terry Young, PhD, JD, PMP

Terry Young has been providing consulting and mediation services for more than a decade. He has consulted on IT projects both US and globally, in areas of project, risk, matrix and quality management as well as strategic planning, team development and leadership.  His style, both facilitative and transformative, has been successful in both private and public arbitration/mediation matters, including those involving the Denver County Courts, USPS, and Boulder County.

Terry has been adjunct faculty at CSU, where he taught project management and he is currently adjunct faculty at Colorado Technical University, where he is teaching project management, general management, and ethics.  He teaches mediation with the Colorado Bar Association.  He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Colorado Council of Mediators and Mediation Organizations (2007-2009), where he was also the President.  He is also a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution and the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. 

He holds several professional certifications: Dr. Young is a Colorado Council of Mediators & Mediation Organizations (CCMO) Professional Mediator, a Project Management Institute (PMI®) Project Management Professional (PMP®), and formerly an Association for Professionals in Business Management (APBM®) Certified Business Manager (CBM®), and a Registrar Accreditation Board (RABQSA®) certification as an ISO 9001 Quality Auditor.

Terry has a BA in Chinese Studies, an MS in Project Management, a PhD in Management and a JD.  He trained in facilitative mediation with the Colorado Bar Association, transformative mediation training with the Institute for the Study of Conflict Transformation, arbitration with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Restorative Justice Facilitation with the Longmont Community Justice Partnership, and Technology of Participation (ToP®) facilitation training with the Institute of Cultural Affairs.


Jean Tully
Jean Tully

As a seasoned leader, cross-organizational collaborator, and facilitator of organizational change, Jean focuses on strategic planning, organizational change consulting, organizational systems analysis, and leadership development. Through engaged knowledge transfer, she helps individuals, teams, and organizations build their capacity to identify systemic barriers and enablers to progress, and then determine the highest-leverage strategies necessary to move well beyond what they thought possible. She has worked with a diverse set of clients, including: a Catholic Archdiocese to create a strategy to address changing cultural needs; a Texas-based consortium of hospitals to develop a collaborative long-term training strategy; a Fortune 50 car manufacturer to develop a 20-year strategy for their contribution to the mobility industry; and a 22,000-student urban school district to create a multi-stakeholder strategy to engage and graduate students, regardless of financial and social status.

Prior to becoming a consultant, she spent over 20 years at Hewlett Packard, where she was a senior management consultant, HP’s organizational learning program manager, a global training manager, and an engineer. Jean organized and led the Global Change Management Community of Practice (COP), where she convened leading thinkers in organizational change and facilitated global best practice sharing.

Jean is a founding member, and past elected Governing Council member, of the Society for Organizational Learning. Jean is also a former adjunct instructor at University of California, Davis. She is a member of the OD Network and ASTD. Jean is certified to teach Systems Thinking and Action Learning from the MHA Institute; is licensed to conduct WisdomScape© Leading Self, Team, and Organization Assessments; is certified in Coaching from a Systems Perspective; and is certified in the FourSight Innovation Assessment toolset.

Jean couples the technical underpinnings of a BS in Electrical Engineering from Colorado State University with the knowledge gained from her studies in organizational systems at Saybrook Graduate School. She has completed extensive field and coursework in organizational learning, systems thinking, and strength-based change and innovation.

Jim Marsden collaborates with clients to achieve personal, group, or organizational breakthroughs through transformative experiences. These experiences often take the form of innovative workshops and projects and produce meaningful contributions at both individual and collective levels. Jim is adept at discovery, larger system and co-creative methodologies including Theory U, appreciative inquiry, rapid results, discovery driven planning, world café and search conferences.

Previously, Jim spent over two decades at Hewlett Packard, where he helped to create and develop businesses and to manage breakthrough organizational transitions that resulted in innovation, new levels of performance and sustained cultural change.
